Fraterne is a senior Registered Nurse with many years of extensive experience in emergency medicine, trauma, and critical care. During his career journey, he has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality patient care and clinical leadership in both hospital and pre-hospital settings. Currently, he serves with the Ministry of Health through the Rwanda Biomedical Center (RBC), providing pre-hospital emergency care and instruction as part of the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) team. He has also worked at the University Teaching Hospital of Kigali (CHUK) as an Emergency and Trauma Nurse and clinical instructor, playing a key role in advancing emergency care education. He has successfully led and mentored multicultural teams in complex and high-pressure environments. In addition to his clinical roles, Fraterne works independently as a Humanitarian and Development Consultant, specializing in International Cooperation and Humanitarian Response. Known for his leadership, teaching, mentorship, and critical thinking skills, Fraterne has consistently demonstrated the ability to manage critical health emergencies, providing expert care to both local and international patients in times of crisis.
